1. Eligibility


To use Locumr, you must:

  • Be a qualified pharmacist or sole trader using the App for professional or business purposes

  • Agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy

 

2. App Description


Locumr allows self-employed pharmacists to:

  • Track shifts, work hours, and income

  • Record business expenses

  • Generate professional invoices

  • Estimate tax obligations

The App stores your data securely using Firebase and allows login via Google, Apple, or email.


3. Account and Security


You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Keeping your login credentials secure

  • All activity under your account

We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect login information.


4. User Data and Content


By using Locumr, you retain ownership of your data but grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the App's features.
You must not upload:

  • False or misleading information

  • Personal data of others without consent

  • Malicious content or code

 

5. Subscription and Payments

 

Some features may require a paid subscription. Where applicable:

  • Prices and billing cycles will be clearly stated in-app

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

  • You may cancel anytime via the App Store or Google Play Store

 

6. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

  • Violate applicable tax laws or use the App to conceal income or expenses

 

7. Disclaimer


The App provides estimates only and does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. We recommend consulting a qualified professional for personalised tax support.


The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or compatibility with all devices.


8. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Inaccurate tax or invoice calculations

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App

 

9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms.


10. Changes to the Terms


We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated in the App or by email. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.


11. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
